Do I have to book a party venue?
Yes, we will come to the venue of your choice (such as a village hall, community centre, church hall etc.)
Can I have a party at home or in my garden?
That is not a problem, as long as you have space.
Can we use the bouncy castle and soft play outside?
No, they are for indoor use only. This is for health and safety reasons and due to unpredictable weather – we wouldn’t want to disappoint the children!
How long does the party last?
Normally two hours, however we can do one-hour parties too and longer if required. We will arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the party is due to start to set up and meet the host.
Do you stop for a food break in the party?
If the party is longer than one hour, we usually have a break after 45-50 minutes.
What do I need to do / supply?
We take care of all the party entertainment and ask our customers to supply typical party items, such as food, birthday cake, partyware, decorations and party bags.
What area do you cover?
Norfolk and Suffolk.
Are your entertainers DRB and/or CRB checked and insured?
Yes.
